This “Deeper Dive” builds on the dinking skills session that Matamoros presented on March 31, available for review with this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QEa7AwNiGKSP8apwL4mGtWzM3Dy6qOtK/view

The March 31 session also included instructions for making a rebounder board for home use. The only items needed are some tape and an MDF board (2-by-4-foot, half-inch-thick) from Home Depot. To make the rebounder, elevate the board to a height of about 33 inches from the ground. Then, place a piece of tape across the board at a height of 36 inches from the ground. Finally, measure 7 feet from the board and place a piece of tape on the ground; that will be your kitchen line.
